This Ballarat home is designed as a serene retreat, where bright, open interiors seamlessly connect with expansive outdoor spaces. Every element of the layout is carefully considered to maximize natural light, encourage airflow, and create a sense of spaciousness and calm. The open-plan design invites family and friends to move effortlessly between living, dining, and outdoor areas, fostering a relaxed and harmonious lifestyle.

This subdivision project is planned with convenience and efficiency at its core. Lots are oriented to maximise sunlight and natural ventilation, supporting energy-efficient homes with reduced running costs. Every detail, from green corridors to practical lot sizes, is designed to balance lifestyle and sustainability. The result is a smart, future-ready neighbourhood where residents enjoy both everyday convenience and the long-term benefits of thoughtful, energy-conscious design.

This service station design reinforces the brand’s identity while rethinking the user experience on the motorway. An enhanced open café and rest area offers comfort for travellers, complemented by integrated greenery that softens the site and creates a welcoming stopover environment.
